the valet service was super handy in the city. loved the live music and wxyz bar vibe. rooms are clean and modern with comfy beds. fantastic city views and great bathroom amenities. location is great for shopping and eating. staff helped me with storing breast milk in their freezer. free coffee in the lobby is a nice touch.

Smart choice for a brief hiatus in Chicago with outstanding value. The location was brilliant.

aloft was beautifully decorated with plenty to entertain our kids. the lobby area was fun in the evening with games and full of activity. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. the location was great and we could walk to almost everything we wanted.

The location of Aloft in Magnificent Mile was perfect for visiting Buckingham Fountain. Free WiFi throughout the property was a pleasant surprise, and the W XYZ Bar was a popular hangout with great atmosphere.
Pool drained for maintenance.

Great location, spacious rooms, fun lobby games, helpful staff, comfortable and modern, amazing city views.
Felt more than at home, no complaints.
